SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
For our Australian customers, we offer free standard shipping and express for $7 AUD. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be registered with Australia Post.
Delivery times may vary between 1-10 business days. Please note these timeframes are just a guide and do not account for any delays that may occur.
If delivery is attempted and nobody's available to accept the parcel, in most cases it'll be held at your local Post Office for a period of time. If you're not contactable and your parcel's unable to be delivered, it'll be returned to us and we’ll contact you and arrange alternate delivery.
For our international customers we have partnered with DHL and your shipping costs will be determined at checkout. All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 days.
You can checkout with PayPal and Afterpay is available.
RETURNS
All on Seven has a strict 5-day return policy from the delivery date for all orders. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any item that does not meet this criteria.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will process your refund via your original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the item.
